LEGAL NOTICE ANNUAL APPOINTMENTS PLEASE TAKE NOTICE of the Annual Appointments of the Averill Park - Sand Lake Fire District #2 as made at their Organizational Meeting held, Monday, January 4, 2010. The Board of Fire Commissioners of the Averill Park - Sand Lake Fire District #2 appointed the following to provide services as designated for the 2010 calendar year: Financial institution - Bank of America and/or MBIA Asset Management/NY-CLASS Newspaper of record - Troy Record Attorney - William Young Jr., Esquire Also set the date and time of monthly meetings as Eight (8:00) PM on the second Tuesday of each month at the Averill Park - Sand Lake Fire District Office, 35 Eastern Union Turnpike, Averill Park. Also, a year-end meeting shall be held on December 28, 2010 at the same time location at Seven (7:00) PM. The following appointments were also made: Chairperson - Robert Shuey Secretary /Treasurer - Robert E. Blaauw Robert E. BlaauwFire District Secretary Averill Park - Sand Lake Fire District
