LEGAL NOTICE ANNUAL ELECTION OF THE SAND LAKE FIRE DISTRICT #3 On December 13,
2011
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Election of the
Sand Lake Fire District #3 will take place on December 13, 2011 between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. at the Taborton
Fire House located at 861 Taborton Rd., Sand Lake, for the purpose of electing one Commissioner for a five
(5) year term, commencing January 1, 2012 and ending December 31, 2016. All voters registered with the Rensselaer County Board
of Elections on or Before November 20, 2011 shall be eligible to vote. Candidates for District Office shall have filed their names with the Secretary of the Sand Lake Fire District #3,
at the fire house at 861 Taborton Rd., Sand Lake.

TO RESIDENTS OF THE
AVERILL PARK - SAND LAKE FIRE DISTRICT # 2, TOWN
OF SAND LAKE, COUNTY OF RENSSELAER, NEW YORK PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Annual Election of the Averill Park - Sand Lake Fire
District #2 will take place on Tuesday, December 13, 2011 between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. at the Averill Park
Fire House located at 35 Eastern Union Turnpike, Averill Park, New York, for the purpose of electing one Commissioner for
a 5-year term, commencing on January 1, 2012 and ending on December 31, 2016. Anyone interested
in having their name placed on the ballot for this election must submit a letter to the Fire District Secretary making such
a request. This letter must include the individual's name and physical address, and must be received by no later than
November 23, 2011. All duly registered residents of the Averill Park-Sand Lake Fire District No.
2 shall be eligible to vote. Such residents shall be registered at the Rensselaer County Board of Elections on or before the
date twenty-three (23) days prior to the election as provided by Town Law 175-a (2a) and shall have resided with the Averill
