NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL AND HEARING OF COMPLAINTS

(PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 506 AND 526 OF THE REAL PROPERTY TAX LAW)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Assessor for the Town of Sand Lake, Rensselaer County, New York, has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year and a copy thereof has been filed with Barbara Hansen, Town Clerk, where it may be seen and examined by any person interested therein until the fourth Tuesday in May.

The assessor will be in attendance with the roll at the Town of Sand Lake Town Hall located at 8428 NY 66 on:

 

Tuesday May 5th 4:00pm – 8:00pm

Thursday May 7th 9:00am – 1:00pm

Tuesday May 12th 11:00am – 3:00pm

Saturday May 23rd by appointment

 

The Board of Assessment Review will meet from 4:00pm – 8:00pm on Thursday, May 28th, in said Town of Sand Lake to hear complaints in relation to assessments of real property.
