Community Planning and Economic Development
The Office of Community Planning and Economic Development coordinates the Town's land use plans and programs to help create communities, accommodate population growth, and revitalize physical facilities. The offices also assists in matching businesses to available spaces.
Planning Oversight Committee
The Planning Oversight Committee (POC) is charged by the Town Board to assist it by offering suggestions, guidance and monitoring regarding the timely implementation of recommendations and priorities contained in the Town of Sand Lake Comprehensive Plan
The POC will, among other things, evaluate community-based initiatives and recommend amendments to the Plan to benefit and enhance Sand Lake as a community in which to work and live.
