Passport Application Processing

Passport application processing is available in the Clerk's Office by appointment only. Please call: 518-674-2026 Ext. 122 to make an appointment. There is a $35.00 execution fee for processing, handling, and priority mail payable to the Town of Sand Lake, Passport photos are $15.00. We accept cash, checks or charge cards.
Application forms for new Passports and Renewals are available at Town Clerk's office and online at the above link.

Travelers who apply for a US Passport are advised to be cautious in all dealings with companies that claim to offer help in getting a US Passport. These companies are not operating on behalf of the United States Government. Many have established websites that charge a fee to provide information and submit US Passport applications.
